#001 [voice]
Good morning!
[That is an awfully chipper voice to hear on the 'Gear this fine day. She goes on,] I will admit, when I first arrived here the other day following a -- rather unfortunate incident at home, I was rather skeptical about this quaint little place. I said to myself, oh, where are all the buildings? Where is my office? Where is all the blood? Where are all the -- [Her voice chokes up a bit.] -- where are the Pony Petting Stations™ ? So strange! So different. But strange and different isn't always bad! No, no, we at StrexCorp have learned to embrace change. We love it! We love it so much. So much, in fact, that now, whenever I see something new and different, I just want to take it.
[A pause.]
Yes! This will certainly make a wonderful new asset to StrexCorp's ever expanding corporate territory. Although I have yet to find anyone who can tell me where I could possibly purchase the lease! But there's no need to fear, all you little people out there -- all you listeners! Rest assured that I will be successful soon.
Goodbye for now!

Again, it's lovely to meet your acquaintance, Mallard-san! My name is Tsukiyama Shuu - "Tsukiyama" is fine - although unfortunately, I don't have nearly many impressive titles to my name. I'm a fourth-year college student at Seinan Gakuin University in Tokyo, studying social welfare, and on the side...well, I'm known for being quite the epicure, held in somewhat high regard among many. But that matters reasonably little here, I've found, for better or for worse.
I've been here for about six months now; I've mostly been training my Pokémon - those would be the...Strex-Pet-seeming creatures you'll find running about - and seeing what this world has to offer someone like me.

Oh, goodness, six months! Meddlesome TIME. It DOES always seem to act up at the most INAPPROPRIATE times, doesn't it? [Ugh. Whatever this place is, it has CLEARLY gone to the dogs without the stern, firm hand of corporate policy to guide it.] Is there no way to return to our own worlds, as it were? No mysterious, meddlesome doors? Or...an ugly wall painting, perhaps? Of an equally ugly lighthouse?

But as far as we've seen, there's no way to get back to that that I've seen. I suppose we're just subject to the whims of this place; it's a little distressing at first, but it does get easier eventually.

Ugh. Whimsy. A healthy and productive worker spares themselves no time for that sort of nonsense; I'll just have to hope that I can find a way to put my unique talents to work here! I don't know what I'd do otherwise! :)
[She quite literally doesn't. The thought of NOT working is...probably impossible.]
